# 訂單履歷
**訂單履歷是提供給商家查看訂單資訊的。**
#### 1. 商家可以通過兩種方法查詢：
（1）在下圖紅框內輸入電話查詢訂單資訊
（2）點擊上圖藍框，進行訂單條件搜尋，具體查看下圖：
#### 2. 商家點擊相應的訂單，會出現訂單資訊詳情，如下圖：
訂單詳情包括訂單狀態修改、會員資訊、訂單狀態、支付狀態、配送狀態、商家與顧客通訊等資訊。

如果商家還需要該訂單的收據，可以通過查看詳情，點擊 「打印機」按鈕進行收據打印。
